By accessing or using the ModelSpend platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ModelSpend provides AI prompt routing, cost analytics, and governance tooling. We may modify features at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not use ModelSpend to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Prompt content routed through ModelSpend is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your data.
To the extent permitted by law, ModelSpend's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
