ModelSpend (“we”, “us”) operates the ModelSpend AI cost-routing platform at modelspend.best.
We collect account information (name, email, company), usage telemetry (token counts, model selections, latency), and billing data processed by Stripe. We do not persist raw prompt content beyond the TTL required for routing.
We use data to operate the service, generate cost analytics, detect abuse, and improve routing algorithms. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
We share data with sub-processors (Stripe for billing, Auth0 for authentication, Resend for email) under data processing agreements. We do not share data with advertisers.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for billing and audit purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Submit requests to privacy@modelspend.best.
