ModelSpend Founding Beta is a pre-release evaluation programme. Features may change, be withdrawn, or become temporarily unavailable. Outputs, cost estimates, routing decisions, forecasts, alerts, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
You must not rely on ModelSpend as the sole basis for financial, operational, legal, security, compliance, procurement, employment, medical, psychological, safety-critical, or other business-critical decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and applying your own judgement before acting.
By joining the Founding Beta, you agree to allow ModelSpend to collect reasonable usage, diagnostic, and support data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Notice. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential third-party data, or production secrets unless your organisation has approved that use and appropriate agreements are in place.
Free beta access lasts only until the campaign countdown ends. No payment is required during the beta period, and there is no automatic paid conversion when the beta ends. If you do not make reasonable use of your account within the first 30 days, your free beta access may be withdrawn.
Participants must not use the beta to process unlawful content, attack or overload the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the system, submit secrets unnecessarily, or use the service for safety-critical decisions without appropriate independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelSpend, TheTekTeam, and associated companies are not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or business-interruption losses arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these beta terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
